What should I keep and what should I sell?

After that, you might be surprised what still has value. Household goods, furniture, kitchen items, tools, yard equipment, vehicles, and collectibles all find buyers when they’re listed the right way. We handle single items all the way up to complete estates, so you don’t have to decide ahead of time what’s “worth it.” If you’re unsure, leave it in the pile and we’ll take a look together. How does the auction actually work, from my driveway to the listing?
Once we’ve decided together what’s selling, here’s the general order of things.
We come to you
We come out, look over the property, and talk through the plan. There’s no need to move heavy items or clean everything up first. Sorting and staging is part of what we do.
We photograph and describe every lot
Good photos and honest, detailed descriptions are what earn buyer trust, so we take our time here. Each lot gets its own listing so bidders know exactly what they’re looking at.
We list on HiBid and manage the sale
Your auction goes up on the HiBid platform, where bidders place their offers online over a set window. We keep an eye on questions and make sure everything runs smoothly through closing.
We handle pickup
After the auction ends, buyers come to collect their items. We offer extended pickup times and help with loading, which keeps the whole process easier on everyone, including you.
